Mrs. Elizabeth Hill died at the home of her son, Bert Hill, on North Cross Street, early on Saturday morning, following a paralytic stroke a few hours before.
Funeral services were held at the home on Monday afternoon by Rev. W. W. Speer assisted by Rev. J. G. Brengle, after which the body was taken to Manson for interment.
Mrs. Hill was born in Pennsylvania 87 years ago.
She married Milton Hill, a native of South Carolina, who died at the age of 87 and is buried at Manson.
They were the parents of seventeen children, three of whom survive; Bert and Allen and Mrs. Charles Worley, of Indianapolis. -- typed by kbz
